Dhhs Service Agreement Monitoring Checklist

The more services an organization funds, the more SSGs are listed in the agreement, but SSG documents are not organized judiciously. One of the 12 service contracts we audited listed more than 70 SSG documents. This postponement is made even more difficult by the lack of a structured and comprehensive learning and development framework for contracted service staff. Learning and development opportunities focus too much on systems and processes and are not sufficient to provide staff with the key skills and competencies needed to manage service agreements. Employees` poor acceptance of individual performance plans with service agreements has further limited their opportunities to acquire skills and develop.
